Brief Description
Large pennant made from blue and red fabric. The pennant has a red border and blue inner triangle which contains red fabric lettering that reads "VFL" (vertically), and "SECOND EIGHTEENS / PREMIERS / 1949" (horizontal). A length of rope runs through the white heading of the flag.
