Envelope issued with V.F.L. Park membership medallion no. M 16469 for the season 1980. Envelope is small, rectangular, cream-coloured, and is open at the top. Inscription on front in portrait format, printed in navy ink, reads: 'MB No. M 16469 / V.F.L. / PARK / VICTORIAN FOOTBALL LEAGUE / - SEASON . . . 1980 - / NOTICE TO MEMBERS / MEDALLIONS ISSUED TO MEMBERS / (ADULT AND JUNIOR) / MUST BE PRESENTED TO GAIN / ADMISSION TO / MEMBERS' RESERVE / AND PROMINENTLY WORN ON / THE OCCASION OF ALL FUNCTIONS / AT V.F.L. PARK / IMPORTANT / MEMBERS ARE REQUESTED TO NOTE / THAT MEDALLIONS ARE / STRICTLY NOT TRANSFERABLE. / The penalty for misuse of a medallion / is forfeiture of membership.
