Envelope issued with V.F.L. Park membership medallion no. M 19706 for the season 1979. Envelope is small, rectangular, cream-coloured, and is open at the top. Inscription on front in portrait format, printed in black ink, reads: 'MB No. M 19706 / V.F.L. / PARK/ VICTORIAN FOOTBALL LEAGUE / - SEASON . . . 1979 - / NOTICE TO MEMBERS / MEDALLIONS ISSUED TO MEMBERS / (ADULT AND JUNIOR) / MUST BE PRESENTED TO GAIN / ADMISSION TO / MEMBER'S RESERVE / AND PROMINENTLY WORN ON / THE OCCASION OF ALL FUNCTIONS / AT V.F.L.
