Silver medal for Synchronised Swimming presented at 1969 Swimming Championships. The medal features the Australian coat-of-arms and lettering on the border and a scroll 'AMATEUR SWIMMING UNION/ OF AUSTRALIA'. The reverse is engraved '2nd/ Synchronised/ Swimming C'ships/1969'. A maroon ribbon is attached through a suspension ring.
