Membership medallion, square-shaped with rounded corners, white enamel with gold metal. The text in gold and navy reads 'VFL / M16230 [member number] / PARK'. On reverse it reads 'SEASON / 1974'. Gold loop attachment at top threaded with a golden brown silk cord.
