Membership medallion, curved oval sides with flat base, white enamel with gold ribbed background. Text in gold and blue reads 'VFL / M13136 [member number] / PARK'. On reverse it reads 'SEASON / 1973'. Gold loop attachment at top threaded with a green silk cord.
