Brief Description
Medium-sized rectangular trade card with a sepia-coloured image featuring a portrait of a cricketer. Along the bottom the text reads 'W.E.BOWES/YORKSHIRE.' On the reverse side there is black printed text on light brown card that reads in part 'W. E. BOWES/(YORKSHIRE)/A good fast right-hand/Bowler.' Card dates from the c. 1930's. This card is similar to M12695.3 which was issued with 'Hoadley's 5-Star Bubble Gum'.
