Brief Description
Small thin notebook, bound in light brown leather with two debossed coloured leaves on the front. Inside page is blue, with "Athletics / 1955- 1956" handwritten on it, inner pages are lined, filled with handwritten statistics such as 'Best Times', and short lists of events and the times achieved therein. A small loose piece of card placed inside the front cover, on which is handwritten in blue ink "My Mothers careful/ accounting of my/ progress".
