Brief Description
Exercise book, patterned brown cover, contains notes on exercises, handwritten in ink, illustrated with pencil stick- figures. Two loose pages are illustrated with foot muscles to be exercised, and a third page, typewritten, bears the same wording as the 'General Instructions' part of the first handwritten page.
