Brief Description
Black and white photograph of Shirley Strickland standing next to the tail of an aeroplane, talking to two elderly men in suits. She carries a dark handbag, and wears dark gloves, and a matching skirt and jacket with a spotted headscarf. Purple 'Bob March' photographer's stamp is on the reverse, along with a typewritten label that reads in part "SHIRLEYSSTRICKLAND (sic) ARRIVES IN MELBOURNE FOR THE PREMIER (sic) AT THE/ MAJESTIC THEATRE OF THE 'OLYMPIC GAMES' film (Rendevous (sic) in Melbourne)."
