Brief Description
Melbourne Cricket Club membership medallion for the year 1981-82, of irregular shape, medallion number (F)12802, with red rope-cord threaded through hole in top. Obverse features red, blue, white and gold enamel decoration on the gold-coloured metal base: at top in a red fan-shape section is featured a stylised MCC logo in gold lettering; beneath is featured a large white letter "F" on a gold background next to the years 19 81/82 in gold on a blue background, with the medallion number in white enamel below. Inscription embossed on reverse reads NOT / TRANSFERABLE / SEASON ENDS / 31ST. AUG. 1982. Manufacturer not detailed.
