Umpire's ticket, black ink on a thick blue oval card, with eleven small pieces clipped out of the edge, which is numbered from 1-18.Text printed on the front, "Victorian Football League / SEASON 1918. / Umpire's 1918 Ticket", with a name handwritten below, "S.J.I Campton".
