Brief Description
Shield-shaped gold-coloured Melbourne Cricket Club membership medallion with red cord-rope attached through hole in top. Obverse is divided into three horizontal sections decorated in red, white, blue and white enamel decoration covered with a lacquer-type glaze. The top third is red and features the years 67-68 in gold. The central band is gold and features the medallion number 11962 in white enamel. The lower third features the initials MCC above a large"F". Inscription embossed on the reverse reads NOT / TRANSFERABLE / SEASON ENDING / 31ST AUGUST 1968, with the manufacturer's details below.
