Red and green striped long sleeved South Sydney Rugby League Football Club jersey signed by Clive Churchill on front in black ink. Jersey has a white collar, white rabbit on left side of chest and number thirteen printed in white on the back. Manufacturer's label reads "CLUBMAN/ BY PALMERS AUSTRALIA".
