Brief Description
Cricket bat featuring sealed, spliced blade and twine-bound handle with black rubber grip. On the blade's reverse are the signatures, in blue ink, of members of the Australian and West Indies Cricket Teams, circa 1960. The maker's mark COUNTY SPORTS WORKS has been stamped onto the front, near the shoulder, with the inscription below reading THE COLIN MCDONALD / VICTORIA & AUSTRALIA. A fascimile of McDonald's signature features on the reverse.
