Brief Description
Silver rectangular box with slightly domed and hinged lid. Engraving on the top reads PRESENTED TO THE MELBOURNE CRICKET CLUB / TO COMMEMORATE THEIR 150TH YEAR / BY / MARYLEBONE CRICKET CLUB / 1988, with an emblem of interlocked letters (MCC) above. Hallmarks stamped on left side of box and lid. The inside of the box is lined with honey-coloured wood with two compartments.
