Brief Description
Silver trophy and base. Squat silver cup with two decoratively shaped side handles. The main bowl sits atop a wide stem which flares to a circular base which is smaller in diameter than the cup. Engraved on the front of the bowl is text reading Wm J DAISH MEMORIAL TROPHY / WOMEN'S SINGLES CHAMPIONSHIP 1936 / WON BY / JOAN HARTIGAN.
Base: Brown plastic base for a trophy. It is a squat cylinder with a slightly flared base and screw-hole in the top. Written on the bottom is MARQUIS and M.B.M. / R.1.
