Letter, handwritten in pencil on a small piece of grid-lined paper, from George Sauchev to Shirley Strickland, thanking her for her invitation to the Olympic Games, and wishing her "all the best/ of luck and success in the/ comming (sic) days!" Dated November 6th, 1956. Some writing in Polish on reverse, in pencil and ink.
