Brief Description
Hand-painted wooden shield and ribbon device, mounted onto a wooden back, also shaped like a shield. Logo is of a red blossomed flower and leafy stem, on a black background. Ribbon device, below logo, features the inscription, "WILFRED ISAAC'S [sic] XI". The Wilfred Isaacs' XI was a South African cricket team developed by Mr. Wilfred Isaacs, a prominent South African cricket benefactor and administrator. This shield was presented to Sir Robert Menzies.
