Brief Description
Plaque presented to Bruce Church, President of the Melbourne Cricket Club, by Drew Ginn, on behalf of the Australian Government. Ginn was a Rowing Gold Medalist at the 1996 Atlanta Olympics. Plaque features the Australian coat-of-arms with the Olympic rings beneath it, and surrounded by a wreath. Beneath that is a label with the inscription, "Presented to / MELBOURNE CRICKET CLUB / in appreciation / of your valued support of the / Australian Olympic Team / XXVII Olympic Games, Sydney 2000 / Prime Minister's Olympic Dinner 9th September 2000".
