Brief Description
Seventh page of an eight-page letter from Bill Edwards of Broken Hill to Shirley Strickland, dated 8th May 1956, concerning Shirley turning up to a Broken Hill school as a guest, which prompted speculation of her being a 'professional' and 'coaching' the children, when all she did was turn up to meet the children and show them how she raced. She stayed with Bill during this time.
