Medallion soldered onto florid chain hole, depicting on obverse, a map of Australia and New Zealand. Each state and territory is colour coded and latitudinal and longitudinal lines are defined. On reverse is the inscription, "AUSTRALASIAN / FOOTBALL / COUNCIL / 1906 / H.C.A. HARRISON ESQ. / Hon. Life Member.".
