Dark wooden ornate frame, housing hand painted illuminated address presented to Basil Parkinson Esq. Certificate features wide coloured decorative border across top, down left and along lower edge. Handwritten text and multiple signatures in brown ink below read, 'BASIL PARKINSON ESQ'. Certificate presented on the occasion of Basil John Parkinson's retirement as Honorary Secretary and is dated 25 April 1896
