Brief Description
Black and white photograph of Shirley Strickland crouched at the starting line of a racetrack, feet on starting blocks. She wears a light sleeveless top with a competitor's number tied on over the top, dark pants, and dark shoes. A person adjusting another set of starting blocks is half visible in the top LH corner. A purple "Fotoreporter 'PANORAMY' " stamp is on the reverse.
