Brief Description
Limited edition unframed colour print that features an action shot of an Australian Rules football match. The print is from an original painting which has been copied and subsequently printed onto primed canvas. Image features Melbourne and Footscray Football Club footballers participating in a Victorian Football League match at the Melbourne Cricket Ground some time in the late 1950's to early 1960's. The Melbourne player on the left side is Ron Barassi (footballer) whilst the fourth player from the right is Ted Whitten (footballer). The artists name and the year the image was created appear in the lower right corner. It reads 'Jocelyn Gregson 03'. The edition number is inscribed underneath this and it reads '3/60'.
