Brief Description
Black and white photograph of Shirley Strickland near the finish line of the women's 100m race, five other competitors are visible, running towards the left. Shirley wears a white sleeveless top with an Australian map logo and the number 31, dark shorts with a light stripe, and dark shoes. A purple OLYMPIC WORLD PHOTO POOL stamp is on the reverse, along with "Heat Helsinki '52" handwritten in ink.
