Brief Description
Black and white photograph of Shirley Strickland jumping over a line of hurdles, towards the right. Another woman wearing a dark uniform is to her left. Shirley wears dark shorts, dark spikes, and a light sleeveless top, and has her right leg over the hurdle, left leg partly obscured. A pavilion and crowd behind a wooden fence are in the background. Some pencil lines have been drawn as reference to frame a portion of the photograph. Enlargement of section from 2003.3903.728. Handwritten measurements in pencil on reverse.
