Cream coloured card certificate with green and faded gold text, surrounded by a green border composed of the shields of Australia's six states. The Australian Record certificate was awarded to Shirley Strickland, in recognition of her Australian Record of 47.7 seconds for the 440 yards relay, February 13, 1950, at Sydney.
