Cream coloured card certificate with green and faded gold text, surround by a green border composed of the shields of Australia's six states. The certificate was awarded to Shirley Strickland, in recognition of her Australian Record of 57.4 seconds for the 440 yards January 4, 1950, at Norwood Oval Adelaide.
