Rectangular confectionery card featuring a colour image of G. Mackie (footballer) in portrait, with a CFC logo, and "G. MACKIE" printed in black below. On the reverse printed black text reads in part "FOR THAT TICKLING COUGH, / TAKE- / ALLEN'S / CURE-'EM-QUICK..." This was card number 12 of 144 issued.
