Brief Description
Black and white photograph of Shirley Strickland (athlete) crossing the finish line of a race in first place. She has just broken through the tape, wearing a white top with the number 668, shorts with a double dark stripe, and dark shoes. The photo is an enlargement from an aerial shot, taken from in front, showing Shirley Strickland, and Birthe Nielsen coming second, wearing the number 684. 2ND HEAT 100 METRES handwritten in pencil on reverse.
