Brief Description
Pale blue card covered booklet of 83 pages, with black printed text which reads AUSTRALIA / AT THE / OLYMPIC GAMES.. / LONDON / 1948, compiled by Edgar S Tanner, and which bears the handwritten name of Shirley Strickland on the cover and the title page. Featured inside are the results of the 1948 Olympic Games, biographies of the Australian competitor's, and black and white photographs of some of the athletes.
