Telegram with handwritten inscription. The telegram has printed blue text across the top half of both sides of the from. Just below the top on the front side there is a heading which reads, "RECEIVED TELEGRAM". Below this is the inscription in grey pencil which starts with, "Melbourne Cricket Ground 13 4.20 / Keith Rigg". Near the upper right corner there is a violet coloured stamp mark which reads, "CRICKET GROUND / 19. DEC. 1931 / - SYDNEY -".
