Brief Description
Telegram with handwritten inscription. The top of the telegram has a multi-coloured printed design with a heading that reads, "CONGRATULATORY TELEGRAM". Below this is the inscription in black ink which starts with, "Melbourne 17 11am / K E. Rigg / M. C. G. Melbne". On the right side of the telegram there are two identical stamp marks which read, "CRICKET GROUND / 1 JA 37 / MELBOURNE".
