Brief Description
Telegram with handwritten inscription. The top of the telegram has a multi-coloured printed design with a heading that reads, "CONGRATULATORY TELEGRAM". Below this is the inscription in grey pencil which starts with, "Melbne Commerce House 20 1.30pm / Messers Rigg + Ledward / Melbne". On the right side there is a stamp mark which reads, "CRICKET GROUND / 29DE36 / MELBOURNE".
