Brief Description
COPY of a certificate proclaiming HRH Prince Philip as an honorary life member of the Melbourne Cricket Club. Inscription in part: "MELBOURNE CRICKET CLUB/HONORARY LIFE MEMBER/Philip [signature]/.../His Royal Highness, The Prince Phillip (sic.), Duke/of Edinburgh, was elected an Honorary Life/Member of the Club, on the occasion of His/visit to the Melbourne Cricket Ground on/Thursday, March 4, 1954./.../ ". On reverse is a 'Jarman the Picture Framer' sticker.
