Brief Description
From page 6 of the album, a black and white, full-length photograph of an unidentified English cricketer in cricket uniform and boater hat. He poses at the edge of the field during a break in play at the fence boundary which reads PRIVATE. Schoolboys can be seen watching behind, with marquis at left, and tall buildings further in the background. Thought to have been taken around 1899.
