Black and white photograph on cream mount, silver border. Shows 6 men in striped athletic shirts and shorts, and 2 men in suits lined up in two row team photograph pose. Handwritten on front in blue ink "5 Mile South Cross Championsh [sic] NSW 1915. Rear handwritten inscription " sincerely yours, Will, 22.9.15"
