Brief Description
Light orange-coloured sheet of paper with printed black text on both sides. Heading near the top reads, "EXPLANATORY PAPER RELATING TO AMENDMENTS TO THE RULES TO PERMIT / FEMALE MEMBERSHIP AND TO INCREASE SUBSRIPTION LEVELS". This circular was inserted within a seperate leaflet. The circular was placed within the 1928 Members Pavilion Building time capsule when it was opened in 1983. It was then resealed and re-opened again in 2003 just prior to the demolition of the building at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
