Brief Description
Loose black and white photograph which depicts three newspapers from 1928. These three newspapers were placed in the original 1928 Members Pavilion Building time capsule. The time capsule was opened in 1983 and that is when this photograph was taken. The newspapers were removed from the time capsule and this photograph was substituted. It was then placed within the new 1983 time capsule and then sealed. The time capsule was opened in 2003, just prior to the demolition of the Members Pavilion Building at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
