Brief Description
Black and white photograph (from pg 17 of album), circa 1910. Features cow being hoisted by the neck by rope attached to wooden cart in Colombo, Ceylon (now Sri Lanka). Another cow is standing beside it. Two men are in the background, with another man in the foreground. There is a hazy patch to the right of the photograph.
