Brief Description
"Ned Kelly's Violin and Bow" prop from the opening ceremony of the Sydney 2000 Olympics. A violin created to look like it's been made of corrugated iron, metal, a horseshoe and other odds and ends, with thick metallic strings. The bow is made from wood, painted to look like rusting metal, metal fixtures on each end hold a piece of wire taut, parallel to the main part of the bow.
