Brief Description
Miniature replica of an early 18th century cricket bat, resting on raw wood from a willow tree used to make it and 200 other (full-sized) bats. The bat is of willow with a black synthetic handle, with a plaque reading, "V.C.A 1996/97 / RYDER MEDAL / GUEST OF HONOUR / MR JOHN LILL". There is also a plaque on the raw wood explaining its origin, and on the back is one reading, "Handcrafted by Callen Cricket".
