Small sheet of paper, with header "Victorian Football League". Printed, with sections filled in by hand, it reads in part "Melbourne, July 30th 1919/ Mr. [crossed out- "T. J. Dainty"] S. Campton/ You have been appointed to act/ as field umpire in match/ Seymour v. Avenel[?]/ at Seymour on Saturday next."
