Single sheet of "Victorian Football League" letterhead, with a coloured Australian flag logo to the left. Dated "Melbourne, 12th May 1914", it is typewritten in black ink. From the Secretary to Mr. S. Campton, it informs him that his "name has been placed on the list of umpires/ available for selection."
