Brief Description
Single sheet of "Victorian Football League" letterhead, with a coloured Australian flag in the upper LH corner. Dated "Melbourne, Sept. 8th 1919", it is typewritten in purple ink. From the Secretary to Mr. S. Campton, it informs him that his report "will be dealt with by the/ Special Tribunal on Thursday evening next 11th Inst."
