Single sheet of "Victorian Football League" letterhead, with a coloured Australian flag in the upper LH corner. Dated "Melbourne, May 27th 1920", it is typewritten in blue ink, and informs Mr. S. Campton that a cheque for £2.2- has been enclosed.
