Brief Description
Single sheet of "Victorian Football League" letterhead, with a coloured Australian flag in the upper LH corner. Dated "Melbourne, 5 April 1919", it is handwritten in black ink, and informs Mr. S. Campton that he has been appointed umpire at Fitzroy, due to the assigned umpire having influenza.
