Brief Description
Single sheet of "Victorian Football League" letterhead, with a coloured Australian flag in the upper LH corner. Dated "Melbourne May 4th, 1923", it is typewritten in purple ink, and is from the Secretary, informing the recipient that his name has been "placed on the list of/ umpires available for selection.", and enclosing his Umpire's Ticket.
