Further inscription reads THIS IS TO CERTIFY/ THAT/ WILFRED SMALLHORN/ WAS ELECTED/ LIFE MEMBER/ OF THE FITZROY FOOTBALL CLUB...ISSUED, 13TH DECEMBER, 1939. Scrolled border, with wattle laurel wreath around centre. Small image of red, black and white- clad footballers below, flanked by a Latin motto. Light yellowy-peach coloured windowmount, mottled wooden frame with gold recess.
